Do you know what one of the most overlooked factors in health is (be it weight loss, blood pressure, cholesterol, energy, headaches, etc.)? It happens to be the number 1 supplement we need in our bodies. Is it protein? No. Is it BCAAs (branch chain amino acids)? Nope! Is it a vitamin? No! It’s something we can get quite cheap (usually for free) and is definitely taken for granted…it’s WATER! We are 75% water yet most people consume more coffee, soda, and other beverages while neglecting this literally vitally important resource for our bodies.

Wow, pretty amazing huh? Did you read all of those cool facts under “Did You Know…”? Water can make or break your success on your weight loss journey. I will post more in the future about water’s impact on exercise performance specifically but if you start implementing these tips, it will make a big difference.
